Come train with me!

I didn't build this coaching business around "chasing skinny". 

I built it because I know what it feels like to try everything- fasting, extreme diets, hours of cardio- and STILL feel frustrated in your own body.

For years, I thought more restriction and more effort were the answer. 

What I didn't understand yet was that sustainable strength changes everything. 

When I shifted from shrinking my body to building it, everything improved. My confidence, my consistency, my energy, my body composition and even my autoimmune disease. 

That's why I shifted my coaching around one core belief:

Strong women don't need to starve themselves to see results. 

My coaching is designed for women who are tired of starting over and ready to train with structure, fuel their bodies properly, and feel confident again.

About Me

Amy Elliott, NASM-CPT, CNC

Graduated with my bachelor's degree in exercise science in December 2025 from Maryville University of St. Louis.

I have coached athletes, pregnant moms, postpartum moms, career driven women and everything in between.

 

My passion is teaching women to work with their bodies and push them to their fullest potential. I do that by focusing on strength training, fueling their bodies, and creating sustainable habits that will last a life time.
